Helpful Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT35MR is currently our only class IV receiver that fits your 2020 Ford F-150 XLT that did not come with the factory receiver.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56413 will connect to the factory connector under your truck to give you a 7-way connector. You can swap the 7-way end for the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 which is the factory style connector. This will allow you to notch the panel on the bumper of your F-150 to hold the connector. You will see the area to be notched on the back of the bumper when you connect the wiring for the 7-way.
