What you need is the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036. Since your boat trailer has a 5-Way flat that means the extra pin is connected to your reverse light circuit to keep your brakes from locking up when you back up. With this adapter installed you'll pull power from your reverse light circuit to activate that lockout feature.
