For your 2019 Keystone Passport Grand Touring Travel Trailer with 4,400lb axles, we have the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit # XLPROLUBE2440KIT which may work for you, however to determine the correct kit you'll need to just match the seal and the caps.
The caps in this kit measure 2.440", and the seal has an inner diameter of 2.25", and an outer diameter of 3.376".
