Correct SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for a Doorway Measuring 28.5" from Flange to Flange
Question:
I prefer the LC791573 24 inch step over the 20 inch steps. My Chapparell Coachman has a 28 and one half inch width at the flanges and a 29 and one half inch full door width so my question is will the LC791573 fit my door opening being that the measurements are borderline for either set of steps. My threshhold height is 35 inches.

When measuring your doorway to select the correct steps you will need to measure from flange to flange, not the entire doorway. Since you get a measurement of 28-1/2" flange to flange, the correct steps will be the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps # LC791572 which fit doorway widths of 25" - 28-7/8" and height of 27" - 36". Not the # LC791573 which would be too wide for your doorway.
