Trailer Hitch Receiver and 4-Way Wiring Harness For a 2020-2022 Subaru Legacy
Question:
when i find the right hitch for my subaru llegacy the only installation video that comes up for it is for outback wagon, are these 2 vehicles the same?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT73RR that you found is confirmed to fit the 2020-2022 Subaru Outback and 2020-2022 Subaru Legacy. Both the Legacy and Outback in 2020 were switch to the same chassis platform which allows them to share the same receiver and other components. We currently have only had the Outback in our facility to have an installation performed which is why you only see a video for the Outback.
Your 2020-2022 Legacy will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK36VR which is vehicle specific and will not fit the Outback. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that fits most small trailers you may tow. It can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 on any hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights.
