Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT82QR is confirmed to fit all models of the 2022 Toyota RAV4, including your Hybrid SE. This is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It features a bolt on installation and a limited lifetime warranty.
If you plan on doing some towing you can use the Curt # C56434 for wiring. This will provide you with a 4-way to power a trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
