Longest Wheelbase Bike That Fits Curt 2-Bike Rack C18085

Question:

Is the Curt platform rack suitable for use with a 2002 Cannondale RT3000 tandem 68 inch wheelbase and 96 inch overall length 35 lbs. on a 2012 Toyota Prius V with an 1 1/4 inch receiver?

The longest a bike's wheelbase can be is 68 inches to use the Curt 2-Bike Platform Rack # C18085.

Since that is the same wheelbase as your bike, then yes, you can use the Curt # C18085, which will also fit in your 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver.

The only other thing you will want to consider is that, per Curt, to maintain the warranty on the rack when it's being used in a 1-1/4 inch hitch, you will need to use the Stabilizing Strap # 18050.
