For your 2022 Ram 2500 Short Bed with the factory prep/puck system B&W offers the Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3670. The hitch is rated for 20,000lbs and offers 12" of travel to allow for jackknife turns when maneuvering the 5th wheel trailer.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3600 that you found is a fixed hitch designed for long bed trucks and can be used if your trailer has a rotating pin box. Currently B&W only offers this hitch in a 25,000lb hitch.

Be sure to use a Lube Plate # RP83002 with either hitch as it will extend the life of the hitch and reduce the noise made when turning. A B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device # BWRVXA3130 is great to have if you plan to remove the hitch when you are not towing.
