is there a plug and play to change the standard 4 pin female plug on my 2021 f450 to accommodate a 5 pin plug so i have the reverse lock out on the trailer ?

There is not a plug-in adapter; you'll need to splice into the reverse light wire on your Ford Super Duty. The correct part for that is the following:
