Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents

I have broken my Fan-Tastic vent cover, it has a flat top design. All the replacements I see are dome top, is a replacement flat top cover available?

We have the Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents in white, # FVK1020-81 or the part number # FVK1020-19 for tinted that fits models FV801200, FV801208, FV801250, FV807350, FV802250, FV803350, and FV800900. If you have a differnt model number fan than one these listed, please let me know what model number you have. Otherwise, one of these options will fit even though they are not flat.
