Question:
I have an M1101 trailer that I am planning to rebuild and im interested in a Timbren axle-less suspension that will accommodate 35” tires on 17” wheels with a width of 12”. I would like to use 5x5 hubs with electric brakes. What products do you recommend for this project?

From my available specs on your M1101 trailer, it has a maximum vehicle weight of 3,400 pounds. It also looks like it uses off-road tires.
With that capacity and tire type, we only carry 2,000 pound Timbren Axleless systems that are compatible with the 5 on 5 bolt pattern you need. That is the # ASR2KHDS09. The hubs that go along with this are the # 84556UC3-EZ. With this system, you will be limited to a 2,000 pound weight capacity.
As far as brakes, I always recommend Nev-R-Adjust assemblies # 23-468-469. With these brakes, you do not need to worry about manually adjusting the shoes as they go through normal wearing.
I went ahead and attached some helpful videos for you to check out.
