You are definitely correct that the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH22G and the Thule Helium # TH44VR do not provide you with the 60-pound per bike weight capacity you require. Also, since it looks like your Magnum Navigator has fenders and a rear cargo platform, we do not recommend using wheel-mount attachment styles with fenders. This is because the fenders can become damaged or cracked when your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee goes over potholes or uneven terrain. While we do have a great option for you, we do not have a frame-mounted bike rack that provides you with the weight capacity you need and is made in the U.S.A.

For the ultimate rack, I strongly recommend going with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR.
