Question:
Hello, I need to replace an old Atwood 82541 Actuator. I am looking for a 2 ball, bolt on, fitting 3 1/2 frame, manual lockout, for drum brakes. Its for an EZ load boat trailer. 5-7,000 lbs. Thank you.

For a replacement for your old Atwood 82541 actuator I recommend the Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout - Bolt On - Drum - 2" Ball - 7,500 lbs # T63FR. This meets all of your requirements aside from the width of the channel tongue.
More than likely you measured the outside of your existing actuator which would be 3-1/2" wide. The inside of the coupler is going to be 3-1/8" so it will fit your 3" channel tongue. I recommend measuring the tongue to be sure. If it really is 3-1/2" then we do not have anything that will fit.
