Engine oil coolers are not vehicle-specific, but the Derale # D15405 Engine Oil Cooler Kit you referenced, part # D15405 would be compatible with the 22 mm x 1.5 mm filter landing and 2-3/4 filter o-ring diameter used by your 5.4L engine. The 9-7/8 tall by 9-1/4 wide by 1-1/4 thick cooler is very efficient and would be an excellent choice for you, assuming you have the proper space for the cooler directly behind the grille in front of the radiator.
You will need to ensure that the 1-3/4 inch thickness of the sandwich adapter will not prevent you from removing your oil filter when needed for oil changes.
