Hello, Im looking at this hitch for my 2016 BMW X5 40e. I see the tongue weight is listed in text on your site at 750 lbs. However, in this video your technician specifically says its rated for only 500 lbs. So can someone tell me which is definitely correct? The video 500 lb tongue weight or the listing on your site that says 750 lbs? 306-X7265 Thanks for your time.

The EcoHitch part # 306-X7265 that fits your 2016 BMW X5 does have a 750 lb tongue weight capacity. At one point it was listed differently but we have confirmed for sure that this has the 750 lb tongue weight capacity.
