Can I get 3 hitch pins for a 2inch receiver with the same key on each pin?

Yes, you will need Master Lock Hitch Lock # 1480DAT. This lock can be keyed alike by selecting keyed alike from the drop down menu by the add to cart button and then entering the quantity of locks you need.
The Masterlock Hitch Lock # 1479DAT does not have a keyed-alike option so it would not work for what you are trying to do.
