Is the grease seal included in this a double lip seal? Also is the inside diameter 1.249.

The grease seal that comes with the Trailer Hub Assembly # 8-258-5UC1 is a grease seal part # 10-9. This seal has an inner diameter of 1.50 inches.
For a grease seal with an inner diameter of 1.249 you would want a Grease Seal # 34823. This is a double lip seal.
For a hub that uses that seal you would want a Trailer Hub # 8-258BTUC1.
