For your AL KO 12k dual wheel axle the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 11.35" Rotor - #120 Spindle - 12K - ALKO # K2HR12A11-120DW that you referenced is correct and comes with everything needed to convert to a disc setup. There isn't a slip on style rotor setup that would convert your current hubs to disc though so this would be only option.

Then for a kit that includes the best actuator and all of the other components to convert to electric over hydraulic you'd want the Hydrastar kit part # HBA16-252-82 and you'd be set.
