Does this part come with the spring and plastic tube? Only the metal screw is shown in the diagrams.

The Replacement Tension Control Screw for TruXedo LoPro and TonneauTrax Covers # TX1702992 only includes the replacement spring plunger.
For the replacement plastic tube, you can use the:
-Replacement Tension Control Bracket for TruXedo Edge, LoPro, and TonneauTrax Covers # TX1703260.
I did take a look at the replacement parts for the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX546901, and I wasn't able to locate a spring, if you're able to provide some additional information about the spring you're needing, I'd be happy to help you out.
