The key info needed to determine the correct axle over under kit (flip kit) is the diameter of the axle. If you have a 2-3/8 inch diameter axle which is common for the 3,500 lb axle the kit you need is the part # K71-384-00 or if you have a 3 inch diameter axle part # K71-385-00 which is common for 5,200-7k axles.
