Will the Nautical 580 t -channel kayak mounts work with the ELEVATE racks? And what is the load capacity with the 580 rear mounting type mounts?

Yes the Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 Rear Loading Kayak Carrier # RR581 would fit in the channels that are on top of the Elevate ladder rack bars you have. Since the saddles don't really bare the weight of the kayak they aren't weight rated. You'd basically be limited by the weight of the load bars on your rack.
