Hey Im wondering if you guys have a Karavan 1-1/16 Bearing, 5 on 4.5 Stud Wheel Hub Kit.

We have exactly what you're needing with the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub for 2K Axles # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K. This uses the inner and outer bearings that have the 1-1/16" inner diameter as well as the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you mentioned.
