Your Adarac Ladder Rack has crossbars too big for any kayak racks that clamp on a crossbar. However, it does have a channel you can use to mount the kayak carrier. The Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs for Truck Racks - Saddle Style - Channel Mount, part # MPG1001, can be attached to your ladder rack's crossbars.

The Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier - Fixed - Universal Mount, part # S510, you attached to your question will not fit your ladder rack.
