Any idea if this tow hitch is compatible with the 2023 crosstrek?

In looking at the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek it is unchanged from the previous 2022 model year that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13382 fits.
I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 so you will be able to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 or be able to tow most small trailers. The auxiliary lights are needed in the event your tail lights are blocked by your hitch mounted accessory or the gear on it.
