Question:
Hi. I am searching for a weight distribution hitch. Tv is jeep grand cherokee. 2” receiver. Camper- flagstaff 228bhse. 3300lbs/ 700lbs tongue weight in camping mode. This could go up towards 800 since it has a ‘porch’ on it. I dont need a large rise/ 4” is enough. The frame is 7” tall/ 2” wide. I would like to keep as much ground clearance as possible. And of course i value ease in hookup, less noise while driving, and easy setup , in that order of priority. Sway isnt as big of a deal- the weight distribution is my primary focus. Any suggestions? Many of the hitches say they go up to 6” max frame height and i need 7”. Maybe there are taller brackets? Thanks!
