GM decided to change up the puck spacing in their truck beds for the 2020 and newer models so the difference between these two B&W Companion hitches is simply just the model years that they're compatible with.
The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3770 fits 2016 - 2019 models.
The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775 fits 2020 - current models* (subject to change).
Since you have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 listed as your vehicle you would want the # BWRVK3775.
