I flat tow a 2001 Jeep Cherokee and currently use magnetic tail lights for the Jeep while I’m towing. I would like a wiring kit so I can just plug in the Jeep to the rv and use the Jeep lights instead of the magnetic ones. If a plug and play kit exists I would prefer that instead of having to cut and splice several wires

There is a tow bar wiring kit for your 2001 Jeep Cherokee, though it does require splicing as there isn't a plug-in kit for an '01 Cherokee. The best option for this is a kit from Roadmaster:
