Options for helping a disabled person enter a Ford Flex and also transport a wheelchair

Im looking for some type of running board to help a disabled customer get in/out of his Flex

The 2018 Ford Flex is built on a unibody, and there are not any running boards made for this design. While I'm sure this isn't the news you were looking for, I have a few recommendations to help a disabled individual get into the vehicle and also secure a wheel chair to the vehicle.

We have an adjustable-height folding step stool Adjustable-Height, Folding Platform Step - Steel - 24" Long x 16" Wide - 300 lbs # S-150 that would help with entering / exiting the vehicle. It also has a textured layer on top to ensure no slipping when stepping on the stool.

If you are wanting to secure a wheelchair or mobility scooter to the vehicle, then perhaps a carrier like the 32x48 Reese Steel Solo Cargo Carrier and Folding Ramp for 2" Hitches - 400 lbs # PS10401-10402 would suit your needs. If your vehicle doesn't have a 2" receiver hitch then you can use Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75679. Helpful videos are attached for you to check out; I hope this helps!
