For a 30k gooseneck hitch for your 2021 Ram 5500 you need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500. This will require some modification and welding for installation so I recommend taking it to a certified welder. This hitch uses the B&W square ball base which will prevent the ball from turning during hookup. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty and is made in the USA.
