When it comes to switching out your brakes on your tandem axle trailer it would save you money and time to just purchase a whole new set of brakes. I would need to know what weight capacity of axle that you currently have.
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA are for a 5,200 pound to 7,000 pound axle. The brakes are self adjusting. The brake pads are made out of a durable friction material for improved braking and longevity.
The brakes will fit 14.5 inch wheels to 16.5 inch wheels. The brakes have an e-coated backing plate that helps resist wear and corrosion.
If you could let me know what your trailer axle capacity is, I will be able to find you the correct part.
