Gooseneck Adapter Plate Recommendation for Base Rails on 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500

I have a 2019 Chevy 2500, with a BandW 5th wheel Companion installed, its above the bad, with rails, with 4 mounting points, Do you offer a gooseneck adapter that fits the BandW?

It sounds like you have the 16K # BWRVK3200 or 18K # BWRVK3255 B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch that installs in above-bed rails like the B&W Kit # BWRVK2506 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 as the Patriot mounts to rails and the Companion mounts to an OEM puck system or the B&W gooseneck kit.
If you have the base rails installed on your Silverado then a gooseneck adapter like the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16085 you were looking at is an excellent option. I really like the Spyer because it not only looks better, it also has spring-loaded safety chain loops as well so you have quick and easy access to them.
