I'm not sure if you're looking for rise or drop but the # FA49-00-5925 is the closest to 8" for the Flash Solid Steel HD. The only other option would be on the low side which is # FA49-00-5625. This has a 6" drop and 7" rise. If you stick with the Flash Solid Steel HD then you can use the # FA86-00-4225 for a locking hitch pin and adjustment pin.

For an 8" rise/drop that fits a 2-1/2" receiver you could use the # FA42-00-2825. This has an aluminum shank with a capacity of 18,000 lbs for the 2-5/16" ball. If you would like a locking adjustment pin and hitch lock for this ball mount then you need the # FA86-00-3685 instead.
