The B and W Patriot fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3270 does fit the Curt fifth wheel rail kits like the # C16200 but this is not the rail kit that Curt recommends for your truck. Instead they recommend the custom install kit part # C16430-204 which will install much easier and does not require any frame drilling like the kit you mentioned would.
