Hi The summary for this product lists that locks are included but when reading the features detail, it notes that locks are sold separately. Please advise which one is correct. Thank you!

Sorry for any confusion but the Thule Edge Rail Feet # TH69SC does not come with lock cores. So for a set of 4 you'd want the part # TH450400.
