Changing A 5 On 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern To A 6 On 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern On My Trailer

Question:

Ive got an old horse trailer with 6 bolt 12 drums, inner bearing LM29749, outer bearing L44640 and inner bearing seal 58693. Cannot seem to find any info on the bearing seal. Would you happen to know what the new part number would be for the bearing seal? Also, would like to convert to 5 lug drums, would you happen to know what the conversion part numbers would be? Thank you for your help!

With the inner and outer bearing you have it seems like you have a agricultural hub assembly which we do not carry parts for so the only option that I can recommend would be to change out your axle.

The Dexter Trailer Axle # 35545E-ST-89 comes with electric brakes, hubs, bearings, races, and seals. The axle has a weight capacity of 3,500 pounds and has a hub-face-to-hub-face length of 89 inches with a spring center to spring center length of 74 inches.

If you could measure your current axle and let me know the hub face to hub face dimension and the spring center to spring center dimension I will be able to point you in the right direction.

I attached a review video link below.
