Question:
Is it possible to carry e-bikes on the rear bumper of a travel trailer? I have the Mount-N-Lock bumper reinforcements on the bumper.

It is definitely possible!
You'll need to start off by adding a hitch receiver to your bumper and for that I recommend the Mount-n-Lock HiLoHitch for 4" RV Bumpers # MNT47FR which gives you a 2" receiver with a 300 lb weight rating.
Then for a bike rack I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack # S94FR which has been rated for use at the back of a trailer (not all bike racks have this rating) and can hold up to 70 lb bikes. The E-Spec secures the bikes by using a ratcheting hook that comes down on the frame so it's compatible with a wide variety of styles out there, however if you have a step-thru frame you'll likely need an adapter bar like part # S57FR so the hook has something to connect to.
