Troubleshooting A Feature Disable Error Code On A Lippert Ground Control 3.0

I bought the Snap Pad XTRA. I cant get the middle jacks down. I tried both manual and regular. Pressing both left and right together. Message says. Error Feature disabled. I have the Lippert 3.0

The Error Feature disabled code on your Lippert Ground Control System # LC358590 can be caused by the following things below:
The front of the coach is below level when trying to start the auto level process. To fix this you will have to raise the front of the coach above level and restart the Auto Level Process.
The next problem could be that the Touch pad power has not cycled between consecutive leveling operations. To fix this you will have to turn off the touch pad and then back on so it can restart.
The final thing could be that the zero point is not set. You can fix this by resetting the zero point calibration.
Before trying the steps above try disconnecting the power to the whole system for a couple of minutes which will cause it to go through a hard reset.
