I have a 2008 EZ loader trailer, single axle, 3500lb rating that originally had oil bath hubs/drums. Swapping to grease hubs/drums now. Curious if I can use this drum/hub for this style spindle? Photo is attached.

Yes, the Dexter hub/drum part # 8-247-50UC3 does fit your 3,500 lb axle spindle and will work great. It doesn't require anything beyond install of the hub and packing with grease to convert to a grease hub also. The best grease is the Lubrimatic LMX Red Grease part # L11390.
