Currently the Bulldog Easy Access Coupler Lock # BD580409 is our only coupler lock that has at least the 3-5/8" span you are needing for your surge coupler. They do not offer this with a matching 2-1/2" hitch receiver lock. I recommend getting the Fastway Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # FA86-00-3160 with the Bulldog lock above as they both use different style keys so you will not confuse the 2 different locks. It fits a 2"-3" hitch receiver.
