Advent Air Conditioners like part # ACM135 come with a connector that pairs up directly with the standard 6-wire connector. If you have a 9-wire connector then you need the kit # ACRG15 as well.

For wiring I'm attaching some photos of diagrams for you to reference. We typically recommend having a professional do the installation so if this is something you've never done before I recommend at least having someone who has done this type of installation before come out and walk you through the process.

Attached are some review videos for you to check out as well.

My client purchased and installed the ACM150 on the roof of their RV and ACRG15 inside of the RV. We have 120volt to the ACRG15, T-stat is wired according to the wiring diagram, but we have NO power to the T-stat. What am I missing?? Sincerely

@PeterE Is it that the T-Stat isn't powering on, or that the wiring running to the T-Stat doesn't have power?

@Luna If your AC units are Advent brand, like the part # ACM135 mentioned above, then for a heat strip you need part # ACMHD. Each AC brand has their own version of a heat strip though so if you have a different brand this won't work with it.

I have installed a new advent unit and the compressor is not coming on. I used the install kit to use the Coleman Mach control box and t stat. there is 120 power going out to compressor wire .

@Jason When we've reached out to Advent about this in the past their solution is to replace your Coleman control box and thermostat with the Air Distribution Box w/ Wall-Mounted Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACRG15 so it takes all of the Coleman parts out of the equation.
