Can I add a second 165watt Furrion Solar panel to my GD Transcend without changing the 25watt charge controller

Your charge controller is rated for 25 amps and not watts which means you'd have to consider the amperage of the rest of the panels you have now to determine if you could take full advantage of the Furrion solar panel # FR73SR which is capable of 15 amps.
