The Swagman XTC2 TILT Bike Rack # S64671 is able to handle up to 35 lb bikes so we need to look at a heftier bike rack for your e-bikes. For that I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY74FR.
The Sport Rider SE has the same basic features of the XTC2 except it comes with bike and rack locks, plus it can handle up to 80 lb bikes with 5" wide tires so you'll be all set with this rack!
