We have some ways to gain more clearance in your truck bed but you'll need to either use a sliding hitch like the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 (you would just need the base # BWRVB3270) or you need to use a Sidewinder pin box like part # RP34FR (with wedge # RP74FR) which replaces a 1621 pin box and has a rotating turret so your trailer turns back at the turret as opposed to the king pin.
Manufacturers of 5th wheel trailers warn against using pin boxes that have different dimensions because it changes how the weight is placed on the pin box and the chassis so you should only be using pin boxes that are the same size as your current pin box to make sure everything is distributed properly.
If you want to go with the Sidewinder option and you don't have a 1621 just let me know what your pin box number is and I'd be more than happy to make a different recommendation for you! Attached are a few review videos for you to check out.
