Yes, you can use a Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16085 with the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716. Do note you will need a Reese Safety Chain Kit # RP49151 as any trailer that uses a ball connection is required to have safety chains.
