Since you have a Dexter 3,500 lb trailer axle the correct bearing kit you need is the part # BK2-100 that you referenced which comes with the correct bearings, races, and seals. For grease I would recommend the heavy duty and waterproof Lubrimatic LMX Red Grease part # L11390.
