I do have an option for you but you can't use a wheel holder rack like the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes part # SH22G on a bike with fenders, they can't clamp close enough to the frame and the risk of the bike falling off is much higher. Instead, you will need a frame mount rack and for this I recommend the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # Y36FR. The OnRamp as the name states has a ramp for easy loading of the heavy e-bikes, locks for security, and a 66 lb weight capacity.
