Question:
My 2015 Toyota Tacoma with a Leer cap has tracks mounted 40 inches apart. The width of cap top across is approximately 48 inches. What roof racks do you sell that wont be too wide . The tracks are Thule . I need racks to support around 200 lbs. Thanks.

So for your Thule tracks spread 40 inches apart, and with a 48 inch cap, I recommend using 47 inch long crossbars. This will allow the bars to extend past the tracks but not so far out that they are something you have to avoid when walking by your truck. The correct part numbers that make up the rack are the following:
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711200 or Black # TH711220
- Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH460R
- Fit Kit # THKIT3101
This will work as-is, but if you also want to add locks to the feet to protect the rack you can do so with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
Question:
Thanks for getting back to me. That rack is cool but expense. What do you have that is more affordable. Thanks.

Totally understand, and there is one option that will work that is a bit less, which is from Rhino-Rack. It extends out a bit more, with 54 inch crossbars, so you'll need to just take note of the bars when walking by, but the bars won't stick out an extreme amount. The rack is the following part number:
- Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks # Y01-120B-NT
Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point - Qty 4
Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 47" Long - Qty 2
Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 47" Long - Qty 2
Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks - 2 Heavy-Duty Crossbars - Black - 54" Bars
Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4
