I went ahead and checked to see if we have a mat like the Ribbed Rubber Trailer Mat # 4872SM that you mentioned in the size that you're looking for, however we do not have anything that matches those measurements however I do have another potential option.

Instead, the closest I was able to find is the Black Armour Heavy-Duty Trailer Mat # BA96AR.

This rubber mat measures 60" wide and 84" long and is made from 1/2" heavy-duty rubber with a checker plate design.

To make this work, this rubber mat can be trimmed to match the 48" x 74" measurements your trailer ramp requires.
