Do you think I could use this to carry my 317 lb dirt bike. The back of my RV has a 4x4inch bumper.

The 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR has a 500lb weight capacity so it could definitely withstand the weight of your dirt bike, but I highly recommend having a fabricator take a look at the welds on your bumper and possibly beef them up to ensure that your bumper can withstand the weight.
