Will Rapid Aero Crossbars Fit on Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet

I have some old Thule Rapid Aero load bars, RB43. Will the Evo Raised Rail feet mate with them properly? Im attaching it to a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek with raised rails.
